We act as an intermediary between you and the mobile operators. The actual mobile services are provided by the respective operators, and we are not responsible for the quality, availability, or any aspects of those services.
All payments made through our Service are processed through secure payment gateways. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the designated amount to your selected payment method.
All transactions are final once processed. Refunds for mobile recharges are generally not provided as the credits are applied instantly to the designated mobile number. In case of a failed transaction where the amount was deducted but the recharge was not processed, please contact our customer support team with the transaction details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the UAE and foreign countries. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
